This program will help you to make progress in a variety of parameters as well. But there is a limit to just how strong you can get and maintain muscle and strength. And that limit is the frequency that you're willing to work out. Because the first two weeks of the program you are only performing 25 minutes of weight lifting as opposed to 60 minutes of weight lifting. Once the first few weeks have passed you will not only be fatigued during the first week, you'll be burning more calories and will have less muscle mass to build. You will need to increase the volume over the initial week of this program. You won't be able to add the weight or rep ranges at this time because you have already burned up some of your hard earned muscle mass. Even though you're burned out this phase isn't over just yet.
