• Adult Conference Registration includes Breakfast Saturday and Sunday Morning

  • ​Regular Registration with any meal option- $100 until July 1, 2025
  • Regular Registration without Meals - $130 until July 1, 2025

• Ages 13 - 18 Conference Registration includes Breakfast

• Meals (optional) 2 Breakfasts are already included with registration.

• •  ​​ (4 buffet meals) - $230 Price includes 25% service fee

    • Friday evening full buffet dinner

    • Sunday afternoon full buffet lunch

  •  (2 buffet meals) - $115 Price includes 25% service fee

Payment Options​

If you register with any meal option by July 1, a discount of $30 off your registration is included. Please remember that breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings are already included with your registration.  

 

The Payment plans for this year are as follows:

Adult With Meals

Adult Registration with the 4 meal option can be paid in 5 installments. Must be paid in full by July 1, 2025

(Please remember breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning is already included with your registration for a total of 6 meals)

• In Full - $330

• 2 installments of $165

• 3 installments of $110 

• 4 installments of $82.50

• 5 installments of $66

 

Adult Registration with 2 meal option can be paid in 4 installments. Must be paid in full by July 1, 2025

(Please remember breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning is already included with your registration for a total of 4 meals)

• In Full - $215

• 2 installments - $107.50

• 3 installments - $71.67

• 4 installments - $53.75

 

Late registration with 4 meal option after July 1, can be paid in 2 installments. Must be paid in full by August 1, 2025

• In full - $370

• 2 installments - $185

 

Late registration with 2 meal option after July 1, can be paid in 2 installments. Must be paid in full by August 1, 2025

• 2 installments - $127.50

Young Adult With Meals

Ages 13 - 18 Late Registration with the 4 meal option after July 1, can be paid in 2 installments. Must be paid in full by August 1, 2025

Ages 13-18 registration with 2 meal option after July 1, can be paid in 2 installments. Must be paid in full by August 1, 2025.

Adult Without Meals

Adult Registration without the meal option by July 1, can be paid in 2 installments

• In Full - $130

• 2 installments of $65 

 

Adult Late Registration without the meal option after July 1, can be paid in 2 installments

• 2 installments - $70

 

Young Adults Without Meals

Young Adults Ages 13-18 without meals by July 1, must be paid in full.

Ages 13-18 Late Registration without meals after July 1, must be paid in full.

In addition to credit and debit card payments, we also accept Pay Pal and electronic check payments. 

 

No refunds can be issued after July 10, 2025

 

Living Free Women's Conference has reserved a block of rooms with the Sheraton Pentagon City.  Click HERE to reserve your room at the hotel using our quick registration link. You may also contact the hotel directly at (703) 521-1900 to reserve your room, but you must mention that you are with the Living Free Women's Conference in order to receive the conference rate.  

Note: The conference rate is only available until July 10, 2025.  After this date, the room rate increases significantly and we have zero control over the increase. So please reserve your room before July 10, 2025.  Keep in mind also that our room block goes very quickly

Including tax, you can expect to pay the following

for 2 nights :

• Quad Occupancy -  $65.50 /person

• Triple Occupancy -  $87/person

• Double Occupancy- $131/person

• Single Occupancy - $262/person
